Design Guidelines

In order to protect and enhance this very special coastal environment, Design Guidelines and an appropriate colour palette have been established to encourage a maritime theme.

The theme flows from the landscaped entry statements, water features, venetian bridges, public parks, streetscapes and public art.

Compliance with these Design Guidelines is intended to ensure that a high standard of housing is achieved within the estate and that your land acquisition will continue to remain a valuable investment.
